"I’m a single mom and was really excited about the chance to get into a low income apartment in the area that had the amenities I needed and looked reasonably nice. The office staff has also been friendly when I’ve been able to reach them. That’s definitely my issue though! I can never get a response... I don’t know how residents handle their issues?! I’ve been trying to apply for a unit since 4/20/20 and they’ve had my application and holding fee since 4/23/20, and here it is 5/15/20 and not only did they never give me and answer on my application or return my holding fee... I can’t even get them to respond to me! I’ll probably have to reach out to the AG or something but definitely DO NOT recommend."

"I been living here for 3yr 4mo having a bad experiences with these apartment, everything in the apartment need to be maintain.We haven't had a manager over 1year, I talk with the District manger directly about these problems "she said she was going to put a work order in" and never did. That happen 3 time and still til this day nothing have be done. I also told her about the mold in the apartment from the flood that my neighbor had, and the district manager said "there was no mold in the apartment" but i still get a mold smell from the kitchen, both bathrooms, and my daughter room."

"I have a friend that gave her application fee and put down a deposit they told her , they just needed to clean out the apartment it's been 2 weeks now, she's homeless now and still waiting on these people to contact her this is Very Bad Business and I wouldn't recommend anyone renting these apartment including her....SHAME ON U there's no Rating for Orchard Heights..."

"My experience with this apartment as well as the managing company Cambridge Management Inc has been very frustrating. I am a mother of 4 girls. So as you could imagine I was excited to hear about an apartment offering afffordable housing in my area. But now after actually dealing with them I am not so sure I would want to be apart of this. I originally contacted the company back in August of this year to move into a potentially open unit in Orchard Heights. I had been in close contact with the previous manager. She was so helpful. However, shortly there after she quit due to "Managment". After that I never received any further information. I have called once a week to both locations, orchard heights and west. No one has ever returned my calls. In fact I have reached out to cambridge 4 times in the last 2 weeks in hope I would receive any type of help, but again I was told a woman named Natalie would or should contact me. Again 2 weeks have gone by and I still have not received a call back. I tried calling again to Mason Ave apartments in hope someone would be there to answer the phone and yet again I got a voicemail. This charade has gone on since September. Is this how "low income" is treated. Are "we" unimportant. I guarantee if management so happened to fall into hard times they would never want to be ignored or overlooked and treated so rudely."

"This is a nice apartment especially for huge low income families but the company itself is horrible they are very unprofessional. No one called me back to do my move out and are charging me outrageous fees and keeping my $350 deposit and charging me an extra $124 my unit has been compromised twice in 17 mo due to office break ins the property manager Maira that worked there was great. Once she left the company acted like they didn’t want to even take care of there tenants. You can never get ahold of anyone they are always lying giving the run around they think because it’s income based they can treat anyone any type of way wrong I’m In the middle of pursuing my real estate license and know this company violates so many tenant rights they needs to get ride of everyone and start over with people who care. They make just as much as me and I work at a hospital. No one contacted me for my move out I have been trying to track people for two weeks before my move out and someone I believe in Olympia contacted me about trying to get me help not even the corporate manager contacted me and apologized or followed up with my move out they are unprofessional from start to finish and wonder why they have not even one good review they need to take a hard look in the mirror before they are the ones living in income based units."
