"lived here for 6 months. had to break lease because of damages caused to vehicle from being on property. up to $5k in damages from broken car windows to cut fuel lines and drilled gas tank while being in the gated garage. management was nice. but not helpful about my vehicle being messed with while being in their private garage. the extra $100 a month to keep your vehicle dry is not worth the money. i’ve seen over 10+ vehicles (mine included) parked around/inside that building with their windows smashed. cute spot though"
"I always get compliments when I show off my apartment, modern layout with reasonable pricing. Fast forward one year after move out, I receive a collection for 1500. No call or email. I paid my rent on time, gave advance notice of move out. I rented a studio so I can’t think it was for cleaning."
"Irina changed this place entirely, she made the property management much more organized and responsive, maintentnace requests takes 1-2 days at max, parking spots are well managed, she is an excellent communicator with tenants, and has great attention to details. Thank you."
"I want to say that the service of this apartment is great. The garage door was broken before, and some people responded that there was a potential safety hazrard. The owner and the property management company immediately contacted a professional company. Due to the repair company's schedule ,there was a delay in the middle of the process, but it is now completely fixed. Everything is perfect now!"
"Nice complex & tenants, god awful security. I would not recommend moving here because of how poor the security is. There have been an insane number of car break ins, and unauthorized people have made their way into the building (past the garages). Currently, one of the garage doors has been “broken” in the open position for about a month now. Since then, any passerby has had free access into the parking garage, any time of day. The garage beneath is not much better, as the only thing deterring a criminal is a four foot tall fence a 3-year-old could climb over. The worst part about this is that there is effectively 0 communication from staff to residents about these events. The ways you find out about break-ins is if you see it happen, it happened to someone you know, someone told you about it, or you literally walk past piles of glass in the garage. With how expensive the rent is, as well as the ~$100 per month parking fee, it would be reasonably assumed our cars would be somewhat safe. Car break-ins are one thing, but there have been people who easily made it into the elevators (just one door separating the OPEN upper garage door and the elevator shafts) and gained access to any floor, amenity, or a path to our own front doors."
