"Do not rent from this company. Some of the apartments are moldy and management will not do ANYTHING about it. They have been informed so many times over at least a year and NOTHING is ever taken care of. This is a very dangerous and unhealthy environment for anyone to live in and can cause irreparable health issues. The apartment manager continuously brushes this dangerous situation off over and over again. I did not say that I have rented there. I have a very dear friend who has been dealing with this for over a year and NO ONE will take care of this problem. All they are asking for is to move to a different apartment so that they don't have to deal with all the mold, and the office manager completely ignores there requests over and over and over again. Since they have been completely ignored I was hoping that exposing what they are dealing with might help. I will take my post down once I know that they have been moved to a non-moldy apartment and that their health is no longer compromised."

"I found this place when my friend invited me over this past weekend. I was impressed with how clean the property was, especially for a Saturday! On my way out I stopped by the office to inquire about q 2 bedroom apartment. The manager did not have a 2 bedroom to show me, but gave me all the information and offered to show me a 1 bedroom. I thanked her and explained that my friend lives in a 1 bedroom. I told her that this place just feels like home. and is at the top of my list when my current lease ends!"

Brenda, the manager, went above and beyond to help me with my move-in process and she's quick to answer any questions I may have. She is very personable and has longevity as the manager of the complex The apartment is comfortable/cozy and I love that it has a wood burning fireplace. The maintenance guys are thorough and have always been quick to fix any repairs that I had. Overall I'm happy that I moved into Fairmont."

"I've been living here for about 4 years now, this place has been nothing but amazing. The property is very well maintained, if anything needs fixing it's fixed right away, neighbors are friendly and it's peaceful and quiet. This is definitely the best place I have ever lived, hands down. It's an even better place because the property manager Ms. Brenda is a living saint and actually cares for people's well being. "Fairmont Park Apartments is the Great apartments I've been ever live before. I live almost two and a half years so far and it's a best quiet, clean, well kept grounds place. Management staff in this apartment complex is the best management ever always on duty always help you when you need help answers all your questions and concerns if you have. Brenda the best manager I ever know. Our maintenance guy Ben knows his job and always strive to help and be the best technician, plumber, electrician you name it. The best of all about this place is location location and if you a Pet lover than it's definitely place for you especially if you have a dog it is not easy to find apartment in Tacoma where dogs allowed I have cute dog so I'm so lucky that I found a place like that. I always trying to recommend this apartments for my friends and still doing so, and I will do so. This place feels like Home.♥️♥️♥️"
