"Don’t consider moving here. You will never see or get a response from management. They leave people with no electricity or working appliances, and don’t care. Maintenance's manager is absolutely horrible, never responds to work orders. Lies about when you will get your work done or things ordered for you. This place is the worst. Every person who moves in gets their car broken into. No parking and over priced amenities. Ugly for the price. Move els where I promise!!"

"I been here 6 years and never had to beg people to do their job my toilet was stop up the Wednesday before thanksgiving so I waited until that Monday to put in my work order and called the office several times left messages all week so on Friday called again no answer I went to the office and called while I was looking at the lady just sitting there not answering the phone I was very hot she said I didn’t leave no messages and there was no work order put in just past mad by now I showed her 4 work orders for both bathrooms then he finally came to fix them why do people got to get ugly when we are paying rent then on Saturday they had nerve to walk over to put a note on my door for being rude and said I have been rude to the office in the pass which is a lie they can’t keep managers there do you think they apologize for not doing their job. Nope please don’t move here terrible managers and maintenance if they answer their phone I would not have to come to the office"

"I have stayed at Aravia Apartments for the past two years now. There had been some new changes from management since I have been here. There is always a new property manager or maintenance staff that takes office each year. I am not sure why this happens with staff changes. Terra Finch is the current PM. She responds to emails on a timely manner and is awesome. Maintenance service request on the portal are always taken care only a timely manner. Maintenance Manager Scott recently has done an awesome job on maintenance services at our unit, depending on the maintenance requests level, priority or not. The inside of the two-bed rooms unit are nice and lovely. Master bedroom has it’s own bathroom, which is a bonus* Mostly carpeting on the floors. The three-bedrooms looks amazing on the third floor. Master bedroom has its own private balcony and bathroom as well* Mostly carpeting on the floors. The open parking lots are good during the day and gets full at night. There are a few number of past break-ins on resident’s vehicles parked in the parking lot by the main road of the apartments. Try not to park your vehicle there (if possible) Your vehicle is more safe when parked inside the apartment premises open lots or rented garages. The pool has finally opened up again and this will be the second time during the summer seasons only. The pool area looks amazing and is always well maintain and clean. It feels great to take a dip on a hot summer day. Nice dog park for your pets to roam around. There is an awesome Amazon hub by the mailboxes. Our apartment unit and neighbors next door are mostly quiet for the most part during the day and night. That is a bonus*** The outside of the other areas including the grass areas of the apartments are well maintained. There are a few downsides of the apartment units. The outside front door areas where it needs maintenance cleanings at times. This issue has been long overdue for maintenance. Dusts and bird droppings seems to be on the outside walls and ground since we had stayed in three different units. I hope management can fix this soon. Overall, Aravia Apartments is a nice place to make it your own home in the future."

"This apartment complex is the nicest I have ever lived in. The grounds are clean and very nicely maintained. Terra is doing a wonderful job as manager! My apartment is beautiful and it's quiet, which is most important to me, since I am 70, and I need to be able to sleep or even rest in the afternoons. I couldn't be happier living anywhere else!"

"Let me start by saying I LOVE my apartment. It burnt down and I was the first to move in after the remodel. The kitchen is my favorite part. Bright white subway tile backsplash. We’re surrounded by trees and honestly forget we live in an apartment. The complex has a park like vibe that I enjoy. We did have to wait about two and half months to get screens in our windows which wasn’t very pleasant during the summer heat. But with covid I understand things were on back order and that’s just how it goes anymore. The staff has always been friendly but they didn’t seem to be in control of the property and let everyone do what they wanted. We recently got new management and it is so much better. My favorite part is that the new manager has cleared out the parking lot of unauthorized vehicles and now I have a place to park most nights. I would give them 5 stars but there are two downfalls. One is the dog park area is in a bad spot that collects a lot of water in winter months. I’ve slipped and fallen multiple times when I enter it. Plus it’s in a dark secluded area without lights. I don’t feel safe to take my dogs potty alone when it is dark. However hopefully that changes as the new manager is trying to get us lights out there. The second is that there isn’t anything for kids to do here. During the summer the pool was closed two to three days a week and there isn’t a clubhouse or playground for kids."
