"This place can’t keep onsite managers when I was living there and the last one was there before I moved was crazy. The neighbor thought she ran the place cause she has lived there for years."
"I lived in a two bedroom apartment in the complex for almost 3 years. This apartment complex has challenges like so many others during this difficult time of Covid 19 spreading. Jessica, the manager, is a competent professional doing the best possible job. She helped me to understand the challenges she and her team are faced with daily. Kudos to her for her expertise, compassion and devotion to the difficult task of being an apartment manager. I wish her and her team all the best."
"When we first moved in the rent was cheaper than it is now. In almost three years it's gone up $40 for us. Our car was broken into and things were stolen however we live right off of Pacific avenue so it's not shocking. The apartments are very decent sized for the price, neighbors keep to themselves for the most part and most utilities are covered outside of electricity. Overall I have minimal complaints about these apartments! Management has been very kind to my family. I wish the office was open on the weekends though if there's a problem. Maintenance fixes issues in a timely fashion as well you just have to put the order in with the office. You can't make everyone happy."
"I have lived here over 2 years. It is my first time on my own, with my children. The current manager is a joke. She only has an issue when it comes to my family. Apparently there's "rules" against kids playing outside "unsupervised" it says nothing about that in my lease agreement. I can't even begin to tell you how many kids are out here playing without "supervision", using foul language, throwing rocks in Windows. But yet, we never complain, and are the only ones that have been given a written warning. I cannot wait to leave this place. I will be getting in contact with corporate about the way we are being treated by management. She is barely ever in her office, the office is closed during times it should be open. She will be in her apartment on her couch, when she should be in the office, and I'm not talking about during her lunch hour. There's is so much I can complain about, and the fact that we are being treating unfair, is getting under my skin. I do NOT recommend this place. I miss sammi as a manager."
"The inside of the apartments aren't bad and I liked having a washer and dryer included. Other than that there's not really much more positive to say about these apartments. I had a bum throw a bunch of metal over the perimeter fence and scratch the crap out of my jeep, they called the cops and nothing was done of about it of course. I have heard of cars getting broken into there but thats the only damage i had to my vehicle. If you like to save money by working on your own vehicle don't move here because the managers patrol the parking lot and will tell you that you need to stop working on your vehicle. I was in the middle of changing my break pads one day and was told i needed to put everything back together. the managers nitpick at everything. my girlfriend put out near the dumpster a brand new mattress still wrapped in plastic that we decided we didn't want to keep. we figured someone would want it and the manager told her she had to throw it in the dumpster or we would be charged. speaking of getting charged, when you move out they will use any excuse to charge you for cleaning or anything they can to make money off of you. i cleaned that place very well and was charged for 6 hours of cleaning (25/hr) and for new phone jacks when i never even had a plug in phone there. If you have any partial remaining balance on your electric bill they will make you forfeit your whole rent deposit. I had a partial balance of 10 dollars and they would have taken my whole 1100 dollar deposit if i didn't pay that. One more thing I almost forgot. When i moved in there i had to sign a form stating that my water heater was turned down all the way. it wasn't and it in fact was up so high that it kept shutting off. if that water heater had blown i would have been held responsible."
