"Worse place to live! Our garage was broken into three times because it’s an easy lock to pick. All four of my tires were taken off my car because the area is so bad. The security cameras never work. The parking is terrible and the regional manager Claire is extremely rude and disrespectful. Our first month of living there we we’re given a 10 day to vacate because our dog barked when people would slam their doors and because our neighbor below us was upset that she could hear us shower and flush the toilet. When we moved in the carpet was pulled up from the walls and had bubbles in it. Our washer and dryer weren’t working for 3 weeks. Our bathroom sink was leaking and had to leave a bucket under the sink, it took them a while to fix it. Towards the end of our residence living there, we were out by the end of the month and left the keys on the counter and let the on site manager know about it but got a message from Claire (the regional) that because they don’t have the keys and didn’t let anyone know about moving that they were going to charge us another month of rent. When we explained that we did let them know and left the keys and got confirmation from the one site manager she never responded. It’s poor communication at that place and they are money hungry."

"The landlord and the company are very nice and accomodating. Maybe I just had such a bad experience at my previous apartments that this time around it seems great. The company and landlord care about the tenents and make sure that everyone is happy. The units are extremely nice for the price. You get your own garage, washer, dryer, covered porch, storage space, 2 bed and 2 bath. Plus most... of the neighbors are friendly. It's also close to a bunch of stores including the lakewood town center, safeway and wal-mart. They go out of their way to make you feel welcome at westwind. I'm very glad I moved here."
