The flooring looks amazing and sherry the apartment manager has been so helpful and amazing through the whole process. I’m excited for my families new step!"

"I have lived in these apartments for over 5 years now. I was lucky enough to move into a mostly renovated apartment for that time. Which I was totally ok with the look. I am now transferring to a 3bd with a decent rent rate for the area. Sharry has been amazing in making the move easy as can be and making sure it's fully updated before move in. Maintenance is never as issue!! I'm sad to be leaving current apartment as it has a great view from the large deck. Best view in the place if you ask me. Some lucky person will enjoy it as much as I did."

"You get what you pay for! Rent is a great price for the area, it’s quiet, neighbors were always friendly. Slightly outdated and no extra amenities (no washer/dryer in unit) but washers on-site. Not sure why there are negative comments about Sharry but she was a great manager, always attentive and fast for any requests my husband and I had. We moved now but do miss our neighbors!"

"I've lived here for a few months and have absolutely no complaints. Have had a few maintenance issues that were fixed quickly and efficiently, never had any problems with the manager, Gina, and I love the look of the renovated apartments. Huge windows that my plants love and a very spacious deck that I will be spending so much time on in Summer. Very happy that I moved here."

"Two of the negative comments in this review were not tenants we found rented here, but rather were friends of tenants who defaulted on their leases in the negative. These apartments are newly renovated and the property has been screened for appropriate tenants who qualify with reliable income/employment, positive background checks and good rental history. Mohana Marr is not in our records nor is Leslie S. We cannot change their comments but let the record show they were NEVER tenants at Sun Vista."
