"I have been living here over a year with my fur baby. Management is on site @1st Fl. Angela and Sarah work diligently and they are so nice. They listen to me and change/update when needed. Especially, if you have a pet baby, this place is for you. Woodland estates has a hugh back yard to walk your baby. You dont even have to leave the APT to have a walk. I walk my baby even at night around the APT. I feel safe and never had any issues. People live here nice too. They say “hello, hi”. I moved from NY/Nj and worried about car being stolen so often when I first read reviews APT @ federal way. Then I found this APT perfect for my need! Also easy access to Highway 5 and 167 to work in Renton/airport as I travel often! Talk to Angela! She will help you to get the APT you need~~"

First month I was hit with a 98 dollar electric bill and then next hit with a utility. None of these were brought up. On top of that I had a leak in my apartment and took a whole 10 days before anyone saw it"
