"I just received a renewal notice for an apartment that hasn't been renovated for over 20 years. In the 15 years I have lived here rent has gone from 850 to 1513. Not a bad price considering it has not been renovated. The new month to month has gone up to $3377, 2 months $2432, 3 months $2117, 4 months $1959, 5 months $1865, 6 months $3163, 7 months $1757, 8 months $1723, 9 months $2373, 10 months $1676, 11 months $1658, 12 months $1644. This place isn't worth it. I REPEAT THIS APARTMENT HASN'T BEEN RENOVATED IN OVER 20 YEARS."
