"I'm so disgusted with how the rooms look like They have never been cleaned. We found cockroaches in there,Burn holes in the blankets when it's a non-smoking room, Mold everywhere splatters of food underneath the counters, And they won't even give us our refund. We didn't even end up staying the full-time. This is how they're gonna treat their customers who have children that are now thrown out on the streets because of the unsafe and unsanitary environmeit. Shame on you They're lucky I can't post pictures because I have proof"

"DO NOT TO GO HERE!!!!! They have cockroaches !!! Yes COCKROACHES !!! We checked in and opened the door of Room 222 and the fridge was in the middle of the room. Turned the lights on, and took my 10 month old out of his car seat and my 3 year old son to run around. Enjoy their time. Next thing I know there is COCKROACHES!!!!! Yes live and dying all over the place. The sheets were stained and disgusting. Toe nail clippings, back of the walls of the kitchen smothered in grease and mold. Mind you I have 2 kids! We went down to talk to the front desk ANNA or ANA, she proceeded to laugh in my face and when called her out on it she said she is trying to be professional. She was far from professional. She told us her family lived in the room under us and have no issues. Reallly…….She do not try to help nor accommodate our room or give us a refund. No care on the world. We called the next day still saying she cannot give us a refund for our 4 NIGHT STAY!!!!! We are still fighting to get our money back and find a roof over our heads. This place is disgusting. Do not go here."

"It was okay, I'm used to four star hotels, but got a great deal so it was worth it. There's been some hotels that I've wouldn't even go inside, immediately ask for a refund, so I made it at least in the door, stayed for 2 nights. It's close to a lot of necessities if necessary, walking distance close. They were clean, and there was a small kitchen in the room."

"Cheap rooms but you get what you pay for. The area in general doesn't seem like completely safe. There's one room with bullet damages on the window and you hear people going up and about pretty much the whole time even at night. The first room I had had a problem with a leaking ceiling presumably from the bathroom upstairs. Front desk was able to give me a new room without any problems. The next room I had was okay however it was close to a staircase so people were just forcing the door open and it caused a loud noise every single time. Seems like people would also stay here for longer because it's a cheap option compared to other places in the area. The only good experience I had is with staff as they were pretty helpful. Other than that I will not go back to this place again."
