"I’ve lived at Copperline for 3.5 years now. The only reason I’m not staying longer is because I need to move for my job. The management staff, Amanda, Alex, and Emily, along with the maintenance team, especially Jose; are absolutely top notch. I have lived all over the country and this has, by far, been the best experience I have ever had with an apartment. I highly recommend living here, especially with being by the water and all the fun things to do in the area. Wish I could’ve stayed longer! "Moving from out of state was hard, but finding an apartment that accepted two dogs was even more difficult. We have been at the Copperline since July and we love the area we are in! The staff has been great and attentive, there are community socials, and the building is so dog friendly! Our other concern when looking for a place was the safety of the area since we walk our dogs at odd hours. The area, even during the early hours is well lit and there are even officers doing their rounds from time to time. This has been a big plus! We also love the closeness of various restaurants and shops, a gym, and even theater nearby. If you are going to tour the area, you have to check out Stack 571 and Anthem Coffee Shop! The one takeaway since living here is the scenery since we are by the water and the wildlife we get to see! I've included pictures from our morning walks from around the apartment to the park nearby to help with the visualization. Short and sweet version: Cooperline is dog friendly, encases a beautiful scenery, and there's lots of things to do nearby!"

"We just moved in this week. Emily and Alex have been WONDERFUL and so welcoming! We have relocated from across the country and leasing “sight unseen” can be nerve wrecking ! But the whole process was easy and they have been so patient with us through our whole moving-in process providing pictures and answering all our questions. This building is very CLEAN , SAFE and in an incredible area, with everything needed very close by (if not just outside the door !). JC keeps everything so clean & tidy, and always greets us with a smile ! So happy we decided to just go for it and lease at Copperline at Point Ruston ! Ready to enjoy what this wonderful area has to offer."
