Magenta Apartments

"I am not a disgruntled or evicted tenant. I’ve moved here from Kansas City for a new job and I did not know the neighborhood or the area. I just needed an apartment. I am a tenant in good standing pay my rent regularly. And I have never rented from a worse organization than Williams investments. There is absolutely no security on the building at all, they replaced all the front doors but put no locks on. We have homeless people in the hallways at night checking doors lifting up doormats looking for keys. I know this because I have a ring camera doorbell. My third month here my front door was kicked down and my apartment robbed. My jeep is been broken into three times. They attempted to break into my storage unit but I had already re-braced the door so they weren’t successful.… But they tried. The two buildings to the north of me and the two buildings to the south of me are also Williams investment properties. All five buildings are not up to code regarding fire alarms and hook ups to fire department as required by Snohomish county and the state of Washington. These are just facts. In my opinion Wilson investments are just a bunch of slumlords That want to keep the apartments rented… We have drug deals regularly in the parking lot and in the apartments… The police are here constantly… And as soon as my lease is up I have already leased a new place… I will be moving out soon. I just want to put a review here to warn potential new renters. There are two very small dumpsters they service 46 apartments… They are always full overflowing and garbage piled around them by the time collection day rolls around. Williams Investments just doesn’t care. Collective complaints finally got the useless building manager fired and that is a slight bright spot… But if you’re thinking about renting from Williams investments think about it twice… Talk to the neighbors… There are a few good neighbors here but there’s also a lot of drug dealers and trashAnd homeless people."
