"For weeks now I’ve been trying to send mail and other gifts to family members that live here, and every time the delivery has been held or turned away. The manager has done nothing to solve the situation with the post office, and I’m just glad and lucky that nothing has been lost or damaged as of yet. Can’t recommend going here if you like getting your mail ❤️"

"NO HOT WATER FOR 5 ½ MONTHS This company did nothing to resolve the issue it was a living hell. Tenants living here are the least of this properties concern. Any issue you have will take forever to resolve in the event they actually resolve it. Their complete negligence is appalling. If you would like a break down please see the Facebook public post regarding the long horrible stay at this property. #miramartacoma @miramartacoma This is a sub-standard property with more concern with updating the exterior and negating the interior and your living experience. Putting Lip Stick on a PIG does not make it anything other than a PIG! This company could not even apologize for their negligence and lack of knowing the housing authority guidelines. Nor could they see it appropriate to accommodate or provide some sort of compensation. They simple paid for the water usage, not the hell I lived through. The rents may be lower but it is at the expense of what they are not providing you. Living here did not save me money it was a horrible experience which cost me money to move out of instead of them resolving the issue. NO RESPONSE TO MAINTANACE ISSUE! Does not seem to follow the housing authorities’ rules. I assume they viewed themselves as exempt."

"I've lived here for a few years now, and I couldn't be happier. The management is wonderful, maintenance is kept up and problems are handled quickly. I've lived in 3 different units due to upgrading and the layouts of each separate unit are cohesive and practical. I would recommend this complex for anyone who wants to live in a friendly community."
