"Taylor and Gabby were extremely helpful with helping get accommodated and moved in on a timely and respectable manner. Highly recommend this place for anyone looking for a nice quiet neighborhood close to base."
"I came in as a walk-in tour a few weeks ago as I am just getting a head start on the moving process, and the girls upfront, Hanna and Taylor, were very polite but busy. Ellie stopped what she was doing and toured me right away. This property is very nice and quiet. It's gated which was a huge hit for me since car thefts seem to be going around lately. They had nice hardwood floors which was great considering I have a dog (easy cleanup). Had a cute little park area and multiple laundry rooms which is always nice when having shared laundry. I read alot of reviews prior to going in and noticed that mold and parking were big issues. When I asked Ellie about it, she informed me that they are a parking permit only property and without a parking permit, you could potentially be towed, which is understandable since there are signs all over stating the same thing. I also saw no signs of mold anywhere and I was shown 4 different apartments across the three properties they manage. Ellie was very friendly and knowledgeable about the surrounding area even though she doesn't even live around here. She answered all of my questions and had a smile on her face through it all ( I know I talk alot and can ask ALOT of questions so this was something that stood out) Made me feel very comfortable and seems like the application/move-in process is smooth and stress free. She also explained a deposit waiver which was something I have never heard of before but with the prices of deposits and renting these days, seems like a great option to have. Hanna and Taylor were wonderful as well. They were both busy with other people but I could tell they had great energy. Definitely one of my top choices when I'm ready to move in a few months. I will definitely be passing on her information to anyone I know looking to rent."
"I had lived in this apartment complex for about a year and do not recommend it to anyone. I had a couple of my friends ask about apartments here and I talked them out of it due to my experience. The main apartment manager, Ellie or Elizabeth, hates her job and life I think. Everytime I saw her she acted like she had no time or patience for her tenants. When I first moved in she said "to document everything or else the head manager would find a way to strip you of your whole deposit." I think she was secretly talking about herself which was really weird thinking back. If they work on commission they did themselves a total disservice because I had a few people looking for apartments too and I told them to look elsewhere like I ended up doing. Everything you read about the mold is true too. This apartment complex is just gross."
"I had to move very rushed and went on a tour in the winter with Gabby at 430pm anyone from Washington knows it is dark by then. After touring the place I was yanked around with the rent fluctuations from what was advertised they only would sign 6 month lease. The apartment have rust in the tub when brought to gabby attentions about the health issues it imposed and asked for them to maintenance before I moved in she refused stating it wasn’t that bad. Even with the health department paperwork they refused to return my deposit or find a better unit. I should have looked in the tub but never thought I would see a tub like that either"
