"When first moving in, we were very excited. We still enjoy our apartment, but others might be more picky than us. The flooring is a cheap vinyl sticker that rips so easily. The doors don't close properly. There are car break-ins almost every night, but that is typical for Tacoma. The biggest red flag to us is the constant turnover for the office staff. It's definitely a better option than many other apartments in Tacoma, but it's not perfect. There is a strange issue where fire trucks, ambulances, and police are called out weekly, sometimes daily, to the center of the complex. I'm not sure why it's so constant. I hope this is helpful to some."

"I recommend anywhere but here. It’s been one thing after another since day one. The trash situation is awful 7 days a week. There is dog poop and trash all over the complex. The staff and maintenance is really nice but good luck getting anything handled."
