"The property manager was extremely accommodating and expedited our move-in. Maintenance staff Erasmo is fantastic at repairs and seems to sincerely care about the tenant's well-being. He fixed an unusual wiring issue and was determined to resolve the problem before he left!"
"Loved living in this community! The manager Victoria is extremely welcoming and quick to address any issues. The grounds are beautiful and walking to the store across the street was so convenient. Also, the Friday night fireworks at Cheney Stadium were the BEST!!"
"Apartment managers are NEVER here. These apartments are expensive and not maintained at all! The hand rails are so dirty you cannot hold on to walk up or down the stairs. There is black mold in the apartments and there is NO maintenance man. If something breaks hopefully you can fix it yourself because no one will help you here. Do not move here! In all seriousness these are very basic apartments, no amenities, no park for kids, no gym. Also there is no parking, and if you do get in your windows will probably be smashed when you get back to it as there has been multiple break ins this last month. Save your money and live on the waterfront because these are the same price:)"
"Lived here with my sister for a year, neighbors are cool and you're pretty much around a ton of small shopping centers which is nice. I attend TCC so it's about a 20 min walk there or a 8 min bus ride, depends on weather."
"Parking isn't bad. Landscape is on fleek. Neighbors are ideal. Manager and Mr Freddy Meyer is close by and always convenient"
