"This place ranks top on the list of all apartments in the SeaTac area. When moving, consider this place. The office staff is so helpful and will definitely guide you every single step of the way. The two ladies at the office are just awesome. Maintenance is on top of their job with less than 1 hour after I submitted my Work Order online, the guy called that he was ready to swing by and take care of business. Top notch! Generally, the place is quiet and always clean and super affordable too. You won't find any place with that price in the entire area. They have washer and dryer already at the units which is even more appealing. Please folks, check them out as you won't find any other place in the area with all these convenience."

"If you own pets, vehicles or kids then don't move here. They don't allow kids do play anywhere including the playground. Your car will get towed for no reason. They will find any way to charge you extra fees."
