"Management is professional. The maintenance team is awesome. The neighbors are very nice. Grounds are kept clean. We lived there for almost 4 yrs. Will miss everyone. On site security.. Only charged 250.00 for cleaning. Sad to go but have to help mom."

"They ruined my life. As a gig worker I rely on my car for income. My car was broken into, the window blown and steering column ripped out, twice within six months. There is supposedly security that patrols, but they are never around. We've had over 12 vehicle thefts/ break-ins in the last 6 mo. They had my car info on file because I filled out a form when i bought my car, but they somehow kept losing it. After the last break in, I called and gave them my car info for the 4th time... 3 days later they towed my car. I cannot financially recover from 2 vehicle break ins (they cost about $2k each in lost wages and deductible), plus the impoundment of my car. They have ruined my credit and I've lost my car. My only means of income or transportation. I truly hate this place! The office staff is very nice before you move in. Once you are a tenant, you quickly learn how negligent and corrupt they are. Final straw, I was just charged $30 on my bank card that I did not authorize. They agree that they made a mistake, but refuse to return my money. They refuse to be accountable for their negligence and then gaslight you when you call them out. The entire place is crime ridden, poorly managed and incompetent. DO NOT RECOMMEND!!!"

"The apartment is adequate / nice and good space. As for who mgmt let in, that’s something else. I would do your homework before you move here. I couldn’t leave since I can’t be taken anywhere else so I have to stay put for now. Shootings, killings, and more ‘attempteds’. Don’t move your kids here."

"Not happy with how much Thay are asking in rent all one bedroom apartment go for $780 all sizes and two bed no go ether and the deposit is the same as rent I was happy here but now I'm ready to go I fell cheated out of my money. I would like to stay but I'm not gonna I wish it wasn't so but paying for the size Apartment I'm in is a rip off I should have never down size on a good note it's a pleasant surprise that the staff and manager are good people and be careful with the mold it just be tends on what Apt u get there not all this way"
