"I was looking into renting with Lawn Courte, this month, due to a new job in the area. The staff in the office were so friendly and helpful!!! They were knowledgeable about the area, local schools, and were extremely helpful when it came to helping me track down everything I needed to apply. The apartments were spacous and nicely done with multpiple options to decorate. Common spaces were clean and you can tell management clearly has pride for thier property. Highly recommend!"
"Great management! I was visiting with my aunt for a weekend recently and there was an issue with her kitchen sink. Management had someone come by in a timely matter and had the problem resolved! I was also given a lovely tour of the building and it's amenities as my cousin is looking for a place to move. I highly recommend this place, and am impressed by how management presents themselves!"
"Two of the people below Kali Van wagenen and Danielle DuPont are property managers starring themselves higher. BEWARE of these people and this place. I moved out last year, after living there for 4 years. During that time my hot water heater broke, the pipe was left exposed and caused water damage and ruined all my food they left out on the floor from the pantry. I had no hot water for two weeks and went almost a week at one point with no water at all. They told me a lot of excuses but didn’t follow the law of putting me and my daughter into reasonable accommodations while we couldn’t use the apartment. They also did not prorate the rent for that month also, which they should have per the lease the apartment is supposed to be in living conditions that is their responsibility. Next, all the parents received multiple notices of 10 day comply or vacate during the summer daylight hours for noise levels even if your child wasn’t out there playing. When we moved out I spent two weeks cleaning the apartment making it move in ready as two staff members stated. It was so clean in fact he said there was no work to be done, and I wasn’t charged a cleaning fee. So here I was waiting for my deposit when I get a bill in the mail. They never allowed me to have a move out walk through with them, which was suppose to be given to me. I would have still had two weeks to make any necessary changes if needed. The worst part is I do have evidence of the condition of the apartment during and upon move out. When I tried to respond to them I was completely shot down, and surprised how they would treat such a good tenant after all these years. They are just after your money during hard times which is so much worse. So I responded back with the law asking for my copy’s of the move in inspection report to rebuttal the charges, and was told they were charging me based off of the LAST person who lived there!!!! That they indeed do not have a move in inspection report for me. I brought up RCW 59.18.260 which in summary says they cannot charge or hold my deposit without that report legally and has to be signed by both tenant and landlord and much more! The other RCW 59.18.280 states no portion should be held on account of Norma wear and tear from ordinary use of the premises, and within 21 days after rental agreement you get a statement well mine kept changing as you can see in the photos. They couldn’t even be accurate with what they were saying and doing. They didn’t even follow there own procedures! Not to mention the dog poop areas no one ever picked up multiple times I brought trash bags out and changed them myself. This place offers a gated community but the gate has been broken for over 5 years, which allows anyone to come in at any time. Management was never in the office to bring concerns to. People had multiple cars that would just sit taking up the spots never moving. They have 1 staff member for maintenance who had to help multiple properties. So unfortunately your better off doing the work yourself or calling a contractor to help on the issue. The units are outdated with the cheapest appliances. You pay for only access to your apartment, and even then they were constantly getting mold in them. Which management said to clean yourselves using a mixture remedy they put on our door in a newsletter. This place is not one you want your family or yourself to live at I promise you that! They will smile to your face and be cheerful when you are moving in, but after that good luck because you are on your own. Do not rent here, you will regret it!"

"Old buildings, worn out appliances, the security gates haven't worked in years, and yet rents and "admin fees" are off the charts. You're going to hear your upstairs neighbors' every step. Any "upgrades" that were made were "done on the cheap"; for example, the kitchen countertops are a spray paint finish, not granite. I don't have children but for those who do: there's no safe play areas at all."
