"Lived here from 2011-2016 …5 years. Horrible mismanagement, unprofessional and horrible misuse of rent money management. The owners have no clue what the tenants deal with on the Daily. The management team they hired are inconsistent and unreliable when it comes to issues. They have constantly raised rent prices multiple times and not enough notice during the tenure. Upon leaving the establishment they decided to keep our deposit even after we got the apartment professionally clean by a third party. (Which they recommended) and they still kept it! Very shady. Might as well leave the apartment as is because they will keep your deposit."
