"I just saw a court case on YouTube where Lakeview Village was sued for not returning a lady's security deposit. See for yourself. It's not a nice thought. Better to rent a stand alone house or apartment through an agent. Much more security."
"Just signed our second year lease! Love waking up to the misty lake and sunrise with Mt Rainier!! LeAnna does care about the property and tenants! She is personable, professional and handles her job with a firm hand and a level head!! The maintenance guys have both been friendly and knowledgable!! Construction is tough on us spoiled resort bunnies but the new amenities will add to the resort lifestyle we love RIGHT HERE AT HOME! Eagle flies by frequently, deer strut through my yard and several owls can be heard daily!! Just peaceful views every day!! Grateful to call this HOME!!"
