"If I could give them no stars, I would. I live next door to this complex. After 2020 The management does not care about its residents and the residents don't care about themselves or their neighbors. If they do, they are quiet for fear of retaliation. Drug deals, garbage, break ins, homeless traffic, domestic violence, vehicles and power tools consistently for months all hours of the night. The manager does not take action. No action no matter how many times long time residents or neighbors make complaints or raise concerns. Slumlords for sure. Do not move here unless it's your only option. The management office VM is always full. You can never reach anyone except the manager by text and she does nothing but placate and make excuses."

"This place used to be very nice. New management took over as of 2021, and they are just awful. Maintenance has gone down hill...never here. The manager, she is lazy and forgetful. We need our old property management back! Or hire someone better! Please."

"My husband and I love living here! The courtyard is so pleasant, the residents overall are quiet and friendly. The laundry facility is always kept clean and the property is well manicured and beautiful. You can see where your rent money is going. Maintenance is profoundly responsive. Our water heater was leaking slowly and within 24 hours it was replaced with a brand new one! We will likely be here for a while!"
