"STAY AWAY FROM THESE APARTMENTS . If I could give zero stars I would. Just the application process is a hassle and just too difficult. For a place this ran down you would think it would be easier to apply too . John the guy who is supposedly the leasing manager is the worst and seems to be a but sketch. They will take your application fee with ni problem. Maybe that's a reason they only accept money orders so you aren't able to get it back. Me and my husband both have great credit and still got denied. We emailed John and got the run around again. I HAVE a friend at the moment now about to get a lawyer because of how these apartmenrs are ran. We ended up getting approved for nicer apartments down the road!"

"Any neg review here is from your “whacky neighbor” personality. Look, Sarah is an absolutely wonderful manager. Attentive and prompt to handle any issues. Maintenance, albeit busy at times, is on it as fast as humanly possible. No, your sticky back slider isn’t as urgent as your neighbor’s broken toilet, so you may have to wait a little bit depending. Park 52 has also ALWAYS done a good job for my wife and I. Most people here have been here for years. NO CRAZIES to speak of. Clean, quiet and everyone is respectful. Even the children. The grounds are kept up and I personally have not a single complaint. I would go as far as to say this place is definitely a step above most, if not all apartments in this price range. If you’re interested, you don’t have anything to worry about. Great place, great location and a hard deal to beat."
