Reviews
"The bad reviews are true I can't add anything else. Look at the 5 star reviews and u will know who the troublemakers are, who to stay away from."
"We finally got a good District Manager, meaning the resident manager finally has accountability. So he's not getting away with much these days. Cameras have been put up, he can no longer pick fights and oust the reactive person. The DM also sees that maintenance is done, you just have to go over the head of the resident manager to get things done. But at least they're being done now. And he is no longer allowed to discriminate against those who aren't his "special people", as described in the one star review below. The 5 star review was made by one of his "special people ". The one star review is more along the lines of what most people here experience. The difference is night and day. Depends on if you are a game player or not."
"The most efficient, friendly apartment complex I have ever encountered. Management is top notch."
"This apartment building is not well built. The walls are very thin and the outside is not being kept up. Maintenance is not done unless you are one of management's "special people" meaning you go to his church. Mold is now growing because plumbing maintenance is not done on a timely basis. Electrical can take up to 2 years. Current management is lacking in interpersonal skills. He was made to take anger management classes but seems to have forgotten what he learned. His wife has begged to save his job numerous times. The new arrivals have all been from outside the area, locals know better. Despite an ADA elevator and being newer than the others, it has the shortest waiting list, which speaks for itself. There are many disabled residents here and these are the ones he picks on, knowing they can't fight back. The guy truly is a case. He's a small town bully who never few up. If there was different managemEnt, I would give the place 4 stars. The current residents are trying to oust him. So check back every so often to see if management has changed."
