"We lived three years in this community. Beautiful community in a scenic and more beautiful location of Washington and Oregon. It is one of the best maintained and secured communities that I know! Thank you, Mission Hills, for all the wonderful memories !!"

"Was pretty good until post pandemic, where they raised my rent by $500 a month. It was bought by some conglomerate called 'Multifamily Northwest' which must exist to raise rent until you need multiple families living in a 1 bedroom apartment to afford it."

"We’ve been living here over a year and have been impressed since day one. The apartments have such a thoughtful layout, plenty of closets and a large pantry. It feels private, more like a house or condo than an apartment. The staff here, between the office, maintenance, security- are all incredibly friendly, considerate and totally on their game. The landscaping is extremely well maintained, as well. It always comes across like the owners genuinely care about their tenants and their property. Special shout-out to Fraela, who is our most favorite and works so hard!"

"Been living at Mission Hills for a year, and it has been an overall wonderful experience! I live in a charming 2 bedroom, 2 bath apartment, which is very spacious, has tons of storage, and has updated appliances! The grounds are beautiful and always well kept! I also love the location being very close to the freeway as well as stores, restaurants, parks, etc.! Any time that I have had a concern, it has been taken care of promptly! Fraela is absolutely amazing - great with communication, very friendly and welcoming, and always so helpful! I took off one star due to some of the noise issues that other people have mentioned (especially if you are on the first floor with people living above you) as well as a big jump in rent this year. Despite that, the pros definitely outweigh the cons! It’s a great place to live, and I will be signing on to stay for another year! :)"
