"Apartments are nice, great appliances and floor plan. Frequent change in management ( it's normal!) The current manager Kellsey, she's alright (nobody's perfect). Communicate via email, don't go off verbal. Read your lease! There aren't really any "amenities". Welcome to apartment living :)."
"I moved to Latitude 45 in 2021. I would say put of all the apartments i moved to this was the cleanest apartment I moved into. I did not have to do much pre cleaning before I moved my stuff in. The appliances were new and it still had the new build smell in it. The staff was great and quick to deal with my needs or issues. Now I do give them grace on this due to the pandemic they lost some maintenance staff. They only had one maintenance guy. The three time I had to call them. He tended to make it with in three days of the request. I also loved the location. A bike ride to safeway and two minutes to the highway. But could not hear the highway. They did there best to keep the property clean. It was mainly other residents not picking up after their dogs. My only real bone to pick is at the time there was multiple eighteen wheelers parking in the street taking up valuable parking spaces. Also they caused dark spaces that my girlfriend did not want to walk through or past at night. But overall my experience was very pleasurable."
"Went in for a tour. The apartments were okay. They were nice but the wide open kitchen/living/dining room area is just not for me. However, I might still consider the location n the future. For one reason, and that is Kellsey! She had everything prepared for me, was super efficient, extremely friendly and just sweet as can be! I hope you get a raise, Kellsey!"
"Although this apartment seems nice when you move in, largely because it's new construction and the apartment is a decent size for its price, it quickly shows its major flaws. In regards to the apartment itself, it has many construction and quality issues like hearing every step your upstairs neighbors make, rain going through your window screens, seeing multiple spiders in your apartment daily, bad upkeep with trash, recycling and landscaping, closet and cabinet doors being improperly installed. The apartment gives no amenities (not necessarily something that matters during COVID but at least other apartments offer places to walk inside the apartment). Your view outside the apartment includes weeds, a wired fence and behind it piles of dirt and gravel. There is no assigned parking, so you're dealing with people who might have 3+ vehicles competing for limited spots. There isn't any security and the maintenance is limited to what they can do because every work order seems to be related to something that the construction crew / previous owners had a warranty on. In regards to management, you are consistently dealing with changing ownership and management. They have now changed owners once in the few months I've been here and went through 3 different managers. We liked the first manager enough to feel confident about moving in here, then she was gone one day without notice even though she seemed to actually try and care about maintenance issues and other issues. Then new management came and it took a month to get a simple work order resolved all while being told how many properties they need to handle and how it is actually other people outside of their controls power to fix it. Now we are on our third manager and as of now the resident portal that you could pay or put work orders in is property of the previous management company so now even that is gone until they get something going. Even with the concern of assigned parking, when the first manager was here there was a plan to do assigned parking, then the new management came and said they are still doing it and didn't, and now it's also something pushed to the next new management. I put a work order in on the last day the the previous management was here (yesterday) and was told that this is now the concern of the new management. This wasn't even a simple work order, it was about rain coming through our window and pooling inside the window seal within minutes, which in Washington is a huge deal. The commitments given to the residents don't seem to matter, and as a resident you're required to consistently call and email multiple people for weeks or months to get anything fixed or resolved. It's day 2 and this apartment has no sense of urgency even for water related issues which continues to give me no confidence in them. I would consider moving into a more established apartment to prevent these issues."
"Oh my gosh! These apartments are amazing!!! They are brand new, so that's a plus. However, Stacy and Marjorie rounds up the whole package. They were awesome during the application process, especially when I was moving from out of state and couldn't be there to view the property. They made the process so easy for me and answered any questions that arose, which I truly appreciate. Did I say that the apartments were brand new! They are beautifully constructed with a modern open-concept appeal. The attention to details are amazing! The cabinetry is definitely not builders grade and you can see that the designer went all out. Also, this may not be a benefit for some, but the bathroom vanity is actually counter height, which works great for me being 5'10". I love my new, literally, apartment!"
