Prescott Apartments

"We are about to move in the Prescott Apartments and our experience so far has been amazing. My other half had a viewing with Laurel. All the expectations were clear from the beginning, and she has been extremely responsive from day 1. The apartment looked lovely, and we love how pet oriented management (and Laurel herself) is. Could not recommend the renting experience with Laurel enough so far!"

"I’ve had a business in this building for about 4 years now and it’s been a series of ups and downs working with management. We’ve gone through several management companies and two owners since I opened shop and it was one frustration after another. This year however we got a new management company who are the best I’ve worked with here. When I’ve reached out with a concern they respond like lightning. I had an apparent leak in my ceiling and the office called me within minutes of me emailing them about it. Maintenance was on scene the next day investigating and the day after they had a plumber in. Let’s be real here. Renting is a predatory business. Nothing rented is going to be perfect. But for the first time I feel like the management office here actually wants to help and make things easier instead of doing the least they possibly can get away with. I don’t know how it’s been for the residential tenants but I imagine it’s much better for them too. Also there’s a spot for a bar next to my shop if you’re looking."

"Small apartments, took me a month to talk to someone to get appointment to start applying. In that time, the apartments went up $100 a month more. The Laundry room dryer is like a humidifier that will not dry a decent load of laundry. Two affordable Housing appointments may make this area dangerous to live. One year and move on"

"What you see it what you get plus a headache. Only 2 washer and dryer for the entire 20 unit apartment so never available. Constant swarm of flies near mailboxes. Building itself is never cleaned or painted despite the crazy around of bugs in shared areas. Trying to contact anyone is a struggle and then to get them to seem like they care is a whole can of worms. Don't do it. For a fact you can find something better."

"I just moved into the Prescott apartment building 2 months ago and it has been an amazing experience so far. The building is intuitively designed to filter out hallway noise. You may hear someone walking above you but if you are living in an apartment that will always happen. Very dog friendly- dog waste pick up bags and trash cans everywhere around the premises. Awesome location, you don't need to go more than a block for any entertainment that you would want. Andrew- one of the prop managers is one of the most caring people that I have encountered and in the prop management community that is hard to find. The rest of the staff are great too I have just happened to work with Andrew the most."
