"Management is good, however the quality of the apartments is extremely poor. During the winter every outside wall is cold due to cheap insulation (when checking out the place we were informed of the high quality insulation which is obviously not true). Ground flooring is LVP over concrete subfloor which results in cold really cold floors. Parking sucks (handful of visitor spots for 20+ units which residents end up parking in anyways). We were excited about getting brand new apartments but there's always a downside to that."
