"Quiet little place close to everything! Good neighbors, lovely trees. Pets allowed! Fenced dog area. Rent is spendy for what you get with no ac, pool, gym, or visitor parking, and trash area was frequently disgusting. However the rest of the property is nice. Some covered lit parking and no drug deals next to the bedroom window. Nice park a short walk away and 2 minutes drive from the mall, fast food, mini Mart, restaurants, etc. Location location location."
