"We were so impressed with the pre-storm prep—proactive gutter clean out, walkway shoveling and ice prevention, timely notifications, etc. The odd storm anomaly that put ice onto our stairs was dealt with thoroughly and quickly. Bravo to the crew!"
"Sara the new manager has been amazing since she started. Making the place look nicer to always being willing to help wherever she can. She's a super kind person."
"I've been here 3 weeks as a new resident and everything has been great. When touring the apartment they were very upfront about what rent would be and utilities and etc so the were very transparent on all that which I appreciate. Within the first week of moving in I lost my keys and it took quite literally no time at all for me to get back in my apartment. Sarah the property manager is so helpful and really nice she gave me another key to get back into my apartment and with 20 minutes Tom the maintenance guy came by to replace the lock and provide me with new keys. They were absolutely on top of it everything they made everything super easy. I didn't notice until my second week that my dishwasher didn't come with a Silverware rack which it was suppose to. I brought it up with Sarah and Tom and they were able to order a new one with no charge to me. And to top it off, Alicia has been an absolute sweetheart. She is the one who gave me the tour of the apartment I now live in and was super helpful with the application process as well as Kaitlyn who unfortunately no longer works here. Thank you everyone for making my first time move experience to my first apartment easy and smooth, I appreciate it so much. I definitely recommend these apartment homes to anyone looking, they are affordable as well."
"My wife and I lived here for 3 years and it got worse and worse every single year. It seems like they have a new manager now who seems nice, but even that doesn't seem like it makes the cost of living here worth the high price that they charge now. If you want more details of our experience, please read below: The management was extremely frustrating and all around unhelpful. We had several instances that didn't get handled correctly that had to do with maintenance, and a couple of issues to do with rent related things. There is also a very unsafe feeling in the complex anymore. Cops showed up almost weekly about a year ago. Multiple stabbings, and my wife and I both witnessed drug sales, one was even the old managers son who was buying them out of the back of a hotboxed suv. Maintenance was constantly told to not fix anything unless it is officially broken. One instance of this was the hot water heater, we put in the request that the water wasn't getting hot and the tank we had wasn't replaced when we moved in so it's needing to be, they said that they couldn't replace it until it leaks, a few days later it did, and then we had to put up with a soaking wet carpet, and huge warming fans for about a week. Same goes for the garbage disposal that kept breaking on us. It took 4 service requests before they came out to replace it, and the whole time he kept saying that if it happened again it was going to be a fine on us to replace it. Just a terrible experience overall. When we first moved in, the cheaper price was actually worth the space and the couple of amenities that they offer. After covid though, the rates skyrocketed every year, and nothing improved. The dumpster is still constantly a safety risk/health hazard, the pool is still unattended and is constantly shut down due to people contaminating the water (I can only imagine what they were doing in there), and the gym is a joke with machines that tend to be broken, yet we are being charged more to rent a 2 bed, 1 bath apartment than some people are paying for their 3 bedroom 2 bath homes. It's outrageously not worth the cost to live there."
"This place is a joke. My girlfriend and her family lived her for about a year and I'm so glad they're moving out. Every single time I visited them here, there was always a problem. The units don't have AC in a state that can get to about 80-90 degrees in the summertime, people's cars get broken into all the time with no help from the owners and no security of any kind. Ants are freaking everywhere; the owner has a huge ego and runs the place like a dictatorship. She will have the pool or other things closed to tenants just because kids are too loud one day or just because she felt like it. The trash compactor is right next to the playground where kids play with broken glass and other junk around it almost daily. Clearly doesn't care one bit about the people who rent here. I'd highly advise anyone who's thinking about renting here to look somewhere else."
