"Sent in a service request in early October and it is 10/24 and maintenance on gas dryer has not been done, however, the Veri site shows complete. NO ONE HAS BEEN TO MY APARTMENT TO REPAIR IT. I’ve been hanging my clothes to dry all over my apartment. This is the second dryer issue. The first time it took almost 2 months for dryer repair! It is now December 27, 2023 and I still DO NOT have my dryer fixed. No one has been here. A dryer vent cleaning company was to be here today but no one has come yet. This won’t fix the dryer issue and it will still be inoperable."
"It took several attempts at communication to get the request handled which took three months. Once the request was addressed everything was taken care of in one day. The maintenance man did an excellent job,was respectful,professional,and and my dog seemed to like him. Anyways,everything has been taken care of,and I am pleased."
"I have to echo the sentiment shared by the other reviews here. I moved in to this complex in the summer of 2020. The management at that time was sublime. Ashley was a phenomenal property manager and she legitimately cared about her tenants. When the previous owners sold this property, they sold to a massive management company that does NOT communicate with their tenants and does not care what happens to them. There are frequently out of office signs on the front office door when I try to walk over and talk to the property manager during their posted office hours. Effectively a 15-20% rent increase when the new company came in and forced the entire complex to start paying for the cable and utilities that were free before. When the new company took over, I asked if I could return my cable box as I wasn't using it and I figured I would just return it because the bill was paid by the complex and not by me. I was told "sure, no problem!" Fast forward a few months and now we're paying a massive cable bill and I can't even enjoy the cable I am paying for because I was told I could return my cable box with no problems!! The new management already has a history of lying to its residents. During the summer of 2022, with 85-95 degree days, they decided to repaint the complex which involved covering all of the residents' windows with plastic. They initially said it was only going to take two or three days. This was incorrect, as it took over two WEEKS to get the plastic removed. This entire time no airflow was possible in the apartments and they get HOT during the summers unless you have a portable air conditioner for the bedroom. Complex-wide notices are PAPER instead of digital. I know they have my email. I signed up for digital notices. They still communicate solely via paper and poorly at that. I was promised service by the initial property manager, the service ticket was closed without my knowledge, and then when I inquired about it I was told there was a new property manager and that the service that was promised by the initial property manager would not be possible. Again, this new management LIES to the residents without a single care. To me, this shows reprehensible integrity on their part. Absolutely ABYSMAL quality of property management with the new company."
"Rent increase of 10% plus now billing for utilities previously included in rent INCLUDING cable I don' t want for $30/month, averaging $100+. Effectively a 20% increase. Posted today on my door a 14 day notice dated 3 days prior. Watched the maintenance person walking away, a man I have respected. I see them trying to give me room to work as it is past due but the late fee of 10% threatens to ruin my life. New management is horrible and I don't know why any businessperson would hand it off to someone like this except to wash their hands of it. Further, my vehicle was subject to an attempted break-in within the garage amid the management change, I was given notice of towing at my presumed expense while my vehicle was in disrepair so they could replace lights that could have kept it from happening in the first place. So I had to find a way of getting it towed to a secure site at my family's expense while I kept trying to establish myself as self reliant. I have also experienced calls within business hours getting shot to voicemail and the messages never returned. They don't send me emails even though I know they should have my address. They have my electronic payment account tied to a completely different unit number. I have notified them multiple times of the fact. INEPT. MANAGEMENT."
