Meritum Evergreen Apartments

"I've been residing here for about five months now, and I must express my sincere admiration for this establishment. Throughout my time in Vancouver, I've typically relocated once my lease ended, but this complex has sparked a desire to extend my stay. It offers a serene, secure, welcoming, and aesthetically pleasing atmosphere. The apartments boast modern elegance, complemented by excellent amenities. And oh, the small dog park – it's a slice of joy amidst the everyday hustle, where I find solace in watching the adorable fur babies frolic about. Regular community events foster a sense of belonging, and the staff, particularly Aaron and Sayomi, epitomize professionalism and warmth. If given the chance, I'd gladly rate this place six stars without hesitation."

"Sayomi helped us when we arrived without an appointment on a Saturday and helped us moved in within a week! I felt bad showing up without an appointment for a tour and she apologized because she could not help us right away because she was the only one there and there was another couple ahead of us. We were entertained the whole time while waiting for a short period in the clubhouse for her assistance. I fell in love right away just by the feel of the clubhouse. It has a fire pit, pool table, ping pong table, big screen T.V., huge vaulted ceilings and an amazing kitchen area. Looking through the windows, I saw a nice pool and jacuzzi, a grill area and an amazing gym. Along with the beauty of the property and Sayomi’s positive attitude and good energy, I knew this was the place for us. I was so excited to move in and although we’ve only been here a week, we are so happy we made the decision to move here!"

"Such a beautiful community to live in! Great sized apartments and lots of dog areas. Just wish neighbors would pick up after their dogs. Has a cute dog park, nice pool and gym. Wish dog washing station was indoors. I love living here"

"Aaron the manager was so kind and informative when we first came to look at the apartments. The grounds are beautiful and clean. Club house is beautiful and spacious. Absolutely love that there is a coffee machine, pool table, and ping pong table. The apartment is really spacious, brand new and beautiful! We love it here!"
