"She was super friendly! Definitely seemed interested in me and the family and not like she was just trying to fill an apartment"
"This place is an absolute joke. It is filthy, no rules or regulations you can do whatever you want and it won't matter because there is rarely anyone onsite. The homeless dig through the trash, there are roaches everywhere. Mold, mildew, and water damage are in the apartments and maintenance is smoking everywhere they go. Out of every apartment complex I have been too this place tops them all as the worst possible place to live. Management doesn't know what they're doing, they just want your money."
"Lived here for 3 years. It wasn't horrible, but it wasn't luxury. I moved in before all the renovations and before they got bought out. I was scared they would try to screw me over on my move out because it was a new company who took over. They did not! They were more than fair! I was very relieved. Samantha, the office manager, was always proactive in responding to me. I would recommend someone to live here."
"When we first moved in there were quick to address maintenance needs after they are notified, but our most recent maintenance request took over two weeks to have addressed. After being here a few years I'm noticing that things are not really kept up with around the property. The dog waste bins are emptied infrequently to the point the are over flowing, trash and food waste is left in the yard around the property. Old appliances are left outside of apartment buildings and garages for months at a time before they are removed from the property. There is broken glass that is left laying around for extended periods of time. The garbage areas seem to always be a mess. We pay for the water and through the summer months our water bill was an additional $15-20 per month because of emptying and refilling the pool that ended up turning green again and being unusable for a good portion of the summer and running the sprinkler system which ultimately turned several areas of the property into a swamp. I've lived here almost two years with my husband and I feel like over the past two years rent has increased as the cost of living has, but the quality of the apartment complex has drastically decreased. As cost increases standards should not decrease! They say the are "renovated" but they really just put lipstick on a pig! The cabinets had water damage, the drawers were rusted to the point that they didn't open easily. They never bothered to clean out the old dust and hair from the radiators before we moved in. There is not enough parking on the property for the number of tenants they have with vehicles, which forces you to pay for a covered space to have a space to park when you arrive home from work. Needless to say we have moved, we now are living in an apartment that has over 1000 square feet, 2 bedrooms and 2 baths rather than 1 bed 1bath and 680 square feet. A covered space is reserved with each unit and they have permit parking to ensure each tenant has an available parking space!! We were able to improve our quality of live my moving out of Ashely Terrace and in the end it is SAVING us money on our monthly rent and renters insurance!! Not to mention the peace of mind that my dogs are not going to get injured by step on broke glass and cutting their feet or eat a rotting pumpkin or old hot dog that was left in the grass that no one bothers to put in the trash for Weeks or MONTHS! Again SAVING me money because I don't have to make ER vet visits or miss work to care for sick animals!"
"The location is OK, I’ll say it’s not “Luxury” as the name says. It’s just ok. The issue we have been having is the slow response to fix issues (and there are so many issues), and the worst part are neighbors, I have some respiratory issues and even if the apartments are supposed to be smoke free, neighbors don’t respect that and it makes the apartment smell like marijuana. We are force to have our windows close (and I hate it because I do love fresh air). So I won’t recommend this place, they do have the availability to make this a better place but I have been waiting since April 2023…Also, we are still waiting for projects to be finalized, that weren’t complete when we moved. There is no security in the apartment complex, I have seen more than a couple cars broken into. There is only 10% of lights working at night, and I have mentioned this and I have only seen one light bulb changed, only one. Dog poop trash is not clean weekly so it end up being full almost all the time. Neighbors , in general, can be a bit dirty, drinking outside or having fast food and leaving trash in the ground like it’s ok to leave trash in the floor, in the area were we all walk..and stairs was promised to be clean, and never did. Still waiting for something to change…it’s hard to move right now because of my busy season of work."
