"Horrible apartments and management they never fix maintenance issues. The walls are thin as hell. Always got complaints from downstairs for literally walking and for my child being a child, They would always yell and bang on the wall, complained to manager and they sided with the neighbors."

"Awful. They let a lady leave her aggressive dog outsider her door where other people have to walk through and theres another apartment who blasts their music ridiculously loudly past midnight. They have also not fixed our shower drain for months even though we keep putting maintenance requests. Do not move here, we are trying to move out as soon as possible"

"My wife and I have lived at the melrose apartments for about a year and a half and have had an absolutely awesome experience with the location, conditions of living, and management interactions. When we first moved in they had actually let us move in before they had finished all the renovations because we had some time restrictions, but still communicated very effectively to arrange a time that was most convenient for us to have everything finished. We've also had very quick service when we had anything that needed to be fixed or replaced, even when we had an emergency at almost midnight; they were there within 20 minutes. And the property manager has been very kind and accommodating during this pre-holiday season with bringing in packages when I request and even when I don't, just so it's not sitting outside. It is a really great location near a school, Fred Meyer, food carts, several parks, and historic St.John's. Absolutely happy with The Melrose and worth every dollar. -Tyler Wingart"
