"DO NOT RENT HERE!!! The apartments are not maintained properly. The maintenance is not done in a timely manner and the owner bullies his tenants. This is the worst place I have held a lease. The appliances are old, the air conditioners are not sufficient to cool the apartments. The windows are the old metal frame windows and constantly have condensation on them and don't do anything to keep out the heat in the summer or the cold in the winter. The most recent incident with maintenance has left me with no alternative but to go to court to remedy the situation. This is the most horrible place I've ever rented and will be leaving as soon as my lease is up. The company that manages the complex is ok, but the owner that is in charge of maintenance is horrible!! Although the rent is well below other places in the area (there is a reason for that), it is not worth it. STAY AWAY!!!"
