Ninebark Apartments

"Updated Review as of 3/14/24: -Management enacted a new "amenity" that has dramatically decreased the quality of my living situation. We aren't able to take our own trash out and have to use "Valet Trash," where you leave your trash outside your door in the evening and someone collects it. Sounds great in theory, but the hallways absolutely reek of garbage and there's giant flies everywhere. But the worst of all is that the collection hours are when I'm at work (I'm a night shift), so I literally cannot take out my trash. The only option they have given me is to take it to the dumpster, which is 0.2 miles away across the complex. I used to just walk it downstairs easily. Taking out the trash should not be this hard. I love living here, but will likely not renew my lease unless this is fixed because of how inconvenient it is. November 2023: Wow....this is my favorite place I have ever lived hands down. I'm in no way incentivized by the company to write this, I'm just so incredibly impressed with the property, management, and staff that I feel inclined to write a review. The property sells itself...the views, the river, the gym, the riverside retreat, and of course the units themselves, all stunning. Now, I'm a serial mover. I have moved 14 times since 2016. This is the first place I've actually pictured myself staying longer than a year at! The management and leasing team are all genuine, kind, friendly people who embody the mission of this property. Every interaction with them is pleasant and I'm assured they have my best interests and satisfaction in mind. One of my worries was the road noise from highway 14, but the windows are triple paned and SOLID. You can't hear a peep! Here are some of my favorite amenities: -Mail Room: You never realize how bad you needed a package room until you live here. They have a refrigerator for meal kit and grocery deliveries too. No more food sitting out and withering in the sun on your front door step! -Riverside Retreat: a calm and serene place to hang out, read, or do work. I have NEVER hung out in any "common areas" of previous apartments I've lived in. I never wanted to. At Ninebark i live for it! (And hope the office staff don't get sick of me hanging out on the couch lol) -The gym: WOW. You don't need a gym membership anywhere. I love the river views and it's so clean and well-equipped. 10/10. Thank you Ninebark for cultivating a community so different from anywhere else. No other apartment can hold a candle to this one!"

"Let me just say this....FIVE STAR SERVICE! Topanga INSTANTLY made me feel at home! Remembers my name and always responds within 24hrs. Its the energy she gives off that makes you feel as if you guys have been friends for a long time! I feel heard here. I walked into the Riverside Retreat and immediately, Gage stood up from his office and met me by the door with a smile and a handshake! He walked me through the lease and answered all of my questions! He even followed up with me after I moved in to make sure I was happy with the unit! I have never been surer that I have made the right decision moving here. I Thank you Ninebark Team! So excited for the memories to come and the quality of life is better here!!"

"We were one of the first few to move into the Ninebark apartments and I am convinced we live in the BEST community in the area. We were moving from out of state which is a headache. We had been having a horrible experience trying to contact apartments in the area until we called Ninebark. Gage went above and beyond to describe the property and the area over the phone and it was so refreshing to experience professionalism with a personal touch! After talking to Gage we decided to move to Ninebark, site unseen (they didn't even have real photos of the property up on the website yet) even after putting in a deposit at another property. The personal touch goes SO FAR these days, when most businesses are moving to automated systems. When we arrived, we weren't sure about the unit we chose, but the staff was friendly and helpful. They toured us several apartments and told us about all the move in specials. The property is gorgeous and so fitting for us. The gym is the nicest gym I've ever had at an apartment complex --- complete with a view of the Columbia. All of the amenities are top notch and they even have their own bee hive on property! The events that the staff curate are really thoughtful and things you actually want to participate in. I think the best part is the walking trail along the Columbia river. I know this review sounds too good to be true, but people really don't take the time to leave good reviews often. Every single staff member is kind and seems like they truly enjoy their job, which you really don't see often anymore. We've only had one maintenance issue in the 6 months we have lived here, and the maintenance team was there in less than 30 minutes to fix it. I think what really makes the community something special is that it is a privately owned and thoughtfully curated community for the adventure enthusiast. I think the only thing that would make this property completely over the top, perfect, would be to have a cold plunge as amenity, and yes this is me putting my wishful thinking out there. HAH. Jokes aside, don't pass up the opportunity to experience the BEST this area has to offer."

"My fiancé and I love living here! The apartment is so spacious, and the view is unmatched. Even being right off the freeway, you can’t really hear much. I think our favorite part so far is the gym and gear room! We plan on living here for as long as we can."

"An amazing and unique place to live! My friends all joke that I’ve gone in to early retirement living in such a beautiful area right at the mouth of the Columbia River Gorge. It’s absolutely incredible waking up to a river view (quite literally from my bed). Great amenities (including outdoor recreation rentals) and even better staff that make you feel right at home."
