"Great place to live, I could live here for years. Landscaping looks great. Love the amenities, personally love using the pool table room. Love that I don’t have to pay for parking. The only issue I’ve had is since my household has multiple cars it’s harder to find parking but it does help to have one free reserved spot per unit and there’s only a rare occasion when I’ve had to park pretty far from my unit. Maintenance is amazing, thorough and quick to respond. Reception is also very helpful and flexible. Overall, really think it’s the best apartment complex I’ve ever been in."

"I lived here for just about three years, I had a 1 bedroom with loft. The bedroom walk-in closet and bathroom space was large for your average apartment. Maintenance in this apartment is great, they fix items ASAP! Management has been friendly and great throughout my years here. Sound proofing is pretty decent although heavy bass will travel thru walls. Neighbors had a baby and a dog and I rarely heard them. Pet friendly and assigned parking spots are covered, which is great against rain. No issues with crime or safety here since it is gated, just occasional homeless going through the dumpsters. I worked in Portland and opted to live in Vancouver for the better space for your money value and safety. I'll miss this place!"

"This is a great place to live! I’ve lived here for over 3 years now and during my time, management has always been so sweet and helpful. Maintenance requests are responded to quickly and done efficiently. They are on top of the upkeep. The apartments themselves are super spacious and well built. There are also ton of amenities here and couple of workout classes you can go to during the week."

"Maintenance is on their A-game! I never stayed in an apartment complex from Missouri to Florida to here that is just so fast, pleasant and quick after I ask for maintenance request. Today especially when my dryers belt had to be replaced (and I’m stressing over two loads of clothes to clean with my family, especially two toddlers in mind!) They came quickly and fixed it. Thank you again maintenance. Keep it up."

"I’ve been living at Regency Apartments for 9 months now and I don’t have a single bad thing to say about it. They have been by far the best apartments I’ve ever lived in! The whole staff team are super friendly and helpful. The groundskeepers are always out working to make sure the complex stays in shape. I love how many windows are in my unit for natural lighting. Highly recommend!!"
