"Really confused by all of the negative reviews. This is a great, quiet, safe complex, and Jerrica and Rena are amazing at what they do. They are extremely helpful and wonderful people. A lot of the complaints in these reviews seem like people who don’t like apartment living. Occasionally hearing neighbors, hearing children outside when the weathers nice, that’s just part of living in apartments. I will say, initially getting in can be a bit of a challenge, but as long as you are persistent and continuously communicating with the office staff, you’ll get in. This is a wonderful low-income option in Vancouver."

"This place is a joke. They can’t be bothered to answer any phone calls or email requests so good luck contacting them. And as a last ditch effort I go to the office in person to inquire about apartment availability and they’re closed. It was posted on their door so it’s whatever. But as I’m on the phone looking for other places I absentmindedly take a hit off my vape out of habit. And this lady appears out of nowhere from the office scowling at me to tell me about the property policy against smoking and vaping. Which isn’t my issue, most if not all apartments don’t allow smoking so that’s not my issue and on me for doing it without thinking. I just find it funny they can’t be bothered to pick up a phone but are instantly on people like vultures if they even sense a policy being broken in their presence. Don’t bother unless you don’t care where you live and have insane will power. Good luck to anyone living here or looking to live here. I’ve definitely striked it from my list of potential places to live."

"I honestly really liked the living environment here and the manager/ staff chikas. They did a lot of remodeling and updates, and their park is amazing! I am putting context to my rating. The context of this is low income place for many people ( I don't know if that applies to all units), and so there is expectation of lower class issues. For what it was though, it was my favorite place to live at for a low income environment. So- the negative parts that I have experienced was neighbors occasionally had phases of loud noises... it was hard for me to tell what unit it was coming from so I never made a complaint. They were startling noises too when it happened. But it wasn't as common as other low income places i had lived at. Definitely not a daily occurrence. I would say its a pretty peaceful living area for the most part. Gas and electric bills may get high though if your not careful during winter seasons."

"The property is a complete mess and has been since haphazard construction began over a year ago. Trash and nails litter the property, constant drilling noise, construction workers and trailers taking up resident spaces in the lot, and no end in sight. Management is lacking in communicating updates to residents and provides lip service to residents in response to complaints. Owners forced all residents out of our apartments for two weeks to put in outdated appliances without any reduction in our rent. I also agree with another review that states that pot smoking on site is not regulated. Management doesn’t do anything about it even though there is a no smoking clause in our lease."

"Management are really great people. I was in a bad situation upon moving in and when I call they gave me all the info I needed and got me in super fast even during all the craziness with covid. Super quiet with occasional kids running around screaming but that’s normal when you live in apartments. They are kids having fun. I love living here and I’m super thankful my kids and I got moved in as fast as we did. They were so welcoming to my kids too. No issues with neighbors either."
