"This place is great! I've lived here for about 7 months now, and based on my experience I'm planning on sticking around! Rent is affordable and the apartments are close to a good amount of shops, stores, and restaurants. Grounds are well taken care of and neighbors are friendly enough. Pet friendly too! Particularly happy with my recent maintenance experience! I was having issues with my dishwasher, and submitted a maintenance request over the weekend. Steve was great! Professional, friendly, and efficient! He got to my apartment by Tuesday, and had a replacement dishwasher installed and ready to go by Wednesday!"
"We lived here for 3 years and really enjoyed our time at Ardenwood Station! The apartments are modern and nice looking. The grounds are beautifully maintained. We had no issues with anything in our apartment, it was perfectly clean and ready at move in, but if we ever did need anything the maintenance crew was prompt at getting to us and helping with our needs. Management was always so kind and helpful."

"We lived at Ardenwood for the past three years and loved it! We would have actually stayed longer if it weren't for moving out of state. The apartments are laid out really well with tons of storage in the kitchen, bathroom, and laundry room (Columbia layout). The extra storage on the patio was a big bonus too. Having two cars we loved that there was always enough parking. Management is always keeping the complex maintained through landscaping, pressure washing or repainting. Shout out to Joel for being a great property manager! Kind, friendly, and fair. Would highly recommend Ardenwood!"
