Vista View Apartments

"My car was broken into in the parking lot here. Several other vehicles were also broken into and one was even stolen from here. I recieved noise complaints for times when I wasnt home and the day I adopted my dog and brought it home i received noise complaints. The manager is unhelpful in resolving any issue that isnt in the direct interest of Vista View. I wasnt allowed to see the footage of my car being broken into either. Upon receiving the small remaineder of my security deposit, the check was not able to be cashed because of their illegible handwriting. And when I contacted them about it, the manager is on vacation. So I have to wait for her to get back to get my overdue money. Dont move here."

"Loved this quiet oasis! It’s well kept, friendly staff, helpful and quick responses with anything that comes up. We needed a month to wait for our house to be ready to move in. Vistaview took us in on short notice and offered us a great place to stay! The prices are competitive and reasonable for the area. Close to a hospital, shopping, fire department, and WSU walking trails. Best kept secret in Salmon Creek. If I ever need an apartment in the future, this is where I will be living."

"The management staff has refused to fix a broken toilet. Maintenance has been over at a minimum of 5 times a month since I moved in, in May. No one responds to their "emergency" line. I had poop, paper and water pouring out of the toilet and tank. Management states "There was never a problem until you got here" I told her that was offensive and her reply was, "Well?". Management is a service occupation. Just telling me, we will make it right, is the only respectable response. Furthermore, bc I have a two bed/2bath, they tell me to use the other toilet. Well, I'm paying for TWO working toilets. The health department has been notified."

"They have done nothing but jack up the price of rent stating that it would be to avoid paying water, sewer, and garbage then months later force residents to pay said utilities. Right after that, they increased rent again all within a year while building a dog park area, not a playground for kids but for dogs. Sends a very clear message that they are not family friendly. This place is not worth the price. You are better off getting a townhouse somewhere else in Salmon Creek. I highly advise that you don't participate in the greedy practices of these owners. I only put 5 stars to be placed at the top."

"My wife and I moved here August of '12. Chad, the property manager, has done nothing but bend over backwards to make sure we feel at home. We are always informed of projects and when problems arise there is no question; they are taken care of. If I had any negative things to say about the property is that parking close to your unit can sometimes be a little hard to find if you have 2 cars (each apartment gets 1 covered parking). This mainly happens on the weekends though so I don't see it as a major downside."
