"DO NOT MOVE HERE!!!! These might have better prices than most complexes do but I promise you it is not worth the money you might be saving. It's not kept up well enough for then to continue to raise the rent under the guise that is costing them so much more for upkeep. They don't upkeep ish. The amenities, if you can call them that, are not good. And the pool - the pool is disgusting and freezing cold all the time. Doesn't matter how many times you say something about it, it never changes. They say they're making it better but they're lying. It never changes. Nothing here ever changes. Except for how much you pay for renting one of these old apartments. Do not move in here. I wish I could rewind 6 years and never sign the lease for this place. We feel trapped here because other apartments want so much $$ to just move in. And every time we think we're gonna be able to leave here, they raise our rent again. Just don't do this to yourself. Seriously. You will regret it so much. I would give negative stars if it were an option. Seriously, stay away."

This company Real Estate Investment owner Debbi Anderson most dishonest company they do not even honestly own Stratford heights they got it in a aquisition. They lie they change things up say they are going to install new carpets they say you pay utilities then mid lease they start to collect no notification. They over charge for everything. Crooks who are in the business to take no self respect its all a trick bag get you in on month to month then take your money kick you out since they need no reason. They didn't even uninstall the old dirty garbage disposal. The fridge didn't work. The plumbing broke it smells like mold believe this complex could be top shelf but with the owners being crooks never to be. If you want to live with retired respectable tenants who were invaded by debbi Anderson's crooks that's the only star the tenants. Debbi better change her crooked ways 1.8 star rating on every review site for stratforf heights Real estate investment. This is a sure sign of failute to meet any merit in the public eye."
