"I Just moved in here and the process I went through was just amazing!! I would like to mention Devin the rental agent . He was so helpful so friendly and accommodating and so knowledgeable . If you want an amazing rental agent to help you get into this amazing place ? Definitely ask for Devin !! He is awesome !! Jen the assistant manager especially just gave me comfort right away with her personality and sweetness . She is so so kind . And the manager I have not had much dealings with her but when I did speak to her she was very nice and pleasant to me I could tell they make a good team here . The process of moving in here has been very welcoming and very easy and very organized . The apartment itself I give it a 10 star plus . Everything is brand new and the quality is very good . It's also very beautiful !! The grounds are spotless !! I feel very safe here as a matter of fact they don't need it but they have their own security car that drives through the complex all night. I was very impressed to the point that I don't feel like I need to even lock my door . Yes the pool and the hot tub look very clean and well kept and the gym looks amazing also . Check it out !!! You will fall in love with not only Jen but the place itself !!! I'm just so happy with everything and everyone here .."

"Julia M. Was amazing tour guide! She did a great job having a detailed layout of financial costs and info about the apartment. Well knowledgeable about the apartment complex and clubhouse. Very informative, kept things simple and to the point. Gave us extra info and made sure there were no hidden costs etc. she even stepped out to take the time to call their maintenance guy if we had any questions that she didn’t know (which was just the height of the car port). Sweet lady, and very patient with us. Great customer service attitude. My partner and I have been touring various apartment complexes, and Julia was one out many that did an outstanding job! Would 100% recommend Julia to give the tour for your next apartment hunting!"

"Nice apartments and overall design of them. Very friendly staff. Parking is expensive and a bit of a mess, too. Some residents do not clean up after their dogs. Lease rates can be considered too high if you typically don't use the amenities offered."

"Martingale Apartments are very nice and have nice amenities. The property is well kept up and there’s plenty of parking. I’ve lived here since February and only a small handful of times have either my husband or I had to park somewhere else other than right out front of our building. My only complaint is residents are lazy and don’t pick up after their dogs, and I have stepped in it before. Half the time it’s right by the dog waste stations, which is frustrating (which there are several around the complex btw). Very pet friendly, and allow certain dog breeds that are usually banned everywhere else. The office staff are all very nice and very friendly. It does take awhile to get responses if you email them a question, but I understand they get busy and probably flooded with emails. You’ll get a better and quicker response if you go up to the office. Overall we enjoy living at Martingale, and would recommend others to look here for a nice apartment complex in the Lacey/Olympia area."

"Julia and the Martingale staff are too notch! Julia has gone above and beyond even before I signed a lease. She was extremely patient as I asked all the “new tenant” questions. When she wasn’t able to answer questions she went directly to the property manager Phillip. He has been amazing and has also done everything in his power to answer questions. Overall, the staff is amazing. Love living here, the location is so close to everything!"
