"Refuses to finish maintenance jobs and won't even look at outlets that not only don't work but spark and are a fire hazard. Walls are covered in black mold and are just painted over in-between residents. During maintenance jobs they destroy counters and walls and push blame onto tenants. Absolutely ridiculous and neglectful management and ownership."
