"I moved in here last August. It's a nice place to live. Lots of Friendly Neighbors. Fairly Quiet but not like a Graveyard. Most of the Yards are small and you just rent your space. But almost everyone has done some Landscaping, showing Pride in their Home. Some are even fully Fenced. If you're coming here for the first time, ask before you come how to get to where you want to be! Unit Numbers are NOT what you expect!! (Odd may be on left OR right. NONStandard sequence. Unit Numbers NOT always visible.) We have quite a few Kids around where I live and they are in the Streets, riding their Bikes, Skateboards, Scooters, etc or playing Ball which makes the Speed Bumps essential. And boy are there Speed Bumps! 14 of them to get to my place! No parking on the Street. But there are several Guest Parking Areas scattered around."
