"Very disappointing stay. Had to clean the toilet and bathtub myself, disgusting. Exercise room was not available for some reason. Two positives, the staff were friendly and the breakfast was good."

"We stayed 3 days, two nights. The TV did not work, ever. The internet was marginal. It worked about 3/4 of the time. Other than that our family really enjoyed our stay. The pool and breakfast could not have been better. Thank you."

"For a small town hotel, this place didn't disappoint. Staff was great, the rooms were slightly dated but comfortable and they cleaned our room every. That is something that you don't see from high-end hotels elsewhere. The complimentary breakfast was pretty good as well. I will definitely be back."

"DISHONEST MANAGEMENT I would leave zero stars if possible. My sister and I actually really enjoyed our stay here and the town so much that we decided to stay another night. Once we checked out and were over an hour away from the hotel, I saw that I was charged $125 when my pet fee should have only been $25. I called Best Western and was told that it was an incidental charge since I got hair dye in the room. My sister and I did not dye our hair and I told them this and they said that it was on a towel. Some of my makeup broke in my bag and I used a hand towel to wipe my stuff so I told the assistant manager Wendy that it was just makeup and that it’s washable and it’s a white hand towel so it can be bleached. She spoke with her manager Ann and told me that she can refund $50. I told her not to bother and that I would just go through my bank. My bank reversed the charge but a month later my claim was denied since Best Western lied and said that I booked another night and did not stay. Nice place but terrible management that will probably try to rip you off."

"A good, honest, clean Best Western. The pool and Jacuzzi were clean, the breakfast was delicious. The beds and pillows felt fresh and supportive. The staff were so amazing and accommodating, funny and so helpful. If we are ever back in the area, we will definitely stay again."
