Riverview Place Apartments

"True story, I moved in and requested that I could repaint the apartment as it was purple. I was told I would be reimbursed for the paint and not my time no problem I said. I painted it white and submitted the receipts after painting for four days before moving in it looked great. The owner scoffed at the cost of the paint ( originally they wanted me to use their old recycled paint in random colors and amounts) they took the cost of the paint off my rent. However when I moved out they gouged me on having to repaint it and for a shower head. I received zero back on my deposit. The paint, labor and shower head magically added up to my deposit. Funny thing is the interior pictures on google are of the unit I painted, go figure! These people are not upstanding as landlords do not rent from them. Avoid at all costs and save yourself."

"I loved my stay here. Views are awesome, and the staff great. Well maintained apartments and if I ever had an issue they would be all over it. I liked being close to old town and close to the water. All the towns activities were always close by. I like the vibe I get in St. Helens. It’s a close small town neighborly feeling without the hillbilly intellect. Anyway, the Riverview place apartments is a great place to stay if you ever come to Saint Helens."

"The landlord who called me after I inquired on Zillow was extremely rude. I haven’t even toured the place and she’s already asking where I work saying it’s going to be hours commute? Um it’s like 45 minutes so I’d say that’s weird. I said “never mind this does not feel right” and hung up. She’s got a really weird vibe I would not move in there especially based on the other reviews and her defensive replies to them. Dodged a bullet lol."

"My experience at Riverview was an excellent one. We enjoyed scenic views, a hospitable staff, and all was as advertised. The area was central to all the niceties of a of a well placed apartment with shopping and eateries close by. Well maintained and affordable. No complaints."
