"My boyfriend and I went to go look for lampshades here as part of his birthday present to me. What we were really looking for was swag lamps we could plug in and hang off the ceiling. An employee let us know that if we saw a lampshade we liked we should let them know because they can custom make the swag lamps. We did find a lampshade we liked but we needed two so they gave a (very reasonable) price estimate and let us know it would be about 3 weeks before they would be ready. No problem. And then they called me back the next day telling me they were ready for pickup! I’m not saying you should expect the same turnaround, but rather saying you should really check this place out—the staff is very kind and helpful and they have a lovely selection of lamps/lights/lampshades (and more)."
