"I was very nervous and scared to do supervised visits since I had shared custody of my kids for 9 and 11 years but Amy was great and made me and my kids feel comfortable and chill and happy. I felt like it was a clean and safe environment they even have snacks for the kids. Amy was very accommodating for all my concerns. They have lots of toys and board games and outside basketball hoop and footballs. I really enjoyed being able to see my kids every week with this company. I had a great experience. Don’t let the negative reviews on here stop you from coming here everyone has a different experience mine was good :) ty for your help Amy and other workers :) The only thing I would change is I think it’s silly that we have to pay to have copies of the notes that the supervisors take that shouldn’t be 20 bucks for me to have copies. Or I should be allowed to read them and just take pictures of the notes so I can have them free of charge."
"They are very unprofessional. When I tried to contact the executive director to discuss my observations of their organization and ask for clarification she wouldnt listen and hung up on me. The safety of children should be better followed!"
"This facility is full of people who mean to act in the best interests of children. Wonderful, loving people. I can't give 5 stars just because of the nature of the situation. I couldn't possibly "recommend" this to anyone, but if you find yourself here there's enough pain in your life that 3 stars will look like 5. It's not their fault that you are there. They mean well, and accommodate extenuating circumstances to the best of their ability. They are pretty easy to work with, by and large. They have disagreeable policies to parents that feel they ought not to be there, but those policies are in place for reasons, and they'd be placed in a tough position if they played favorites. I do think the grounds have deficiencies that should be addressed, but most non-profits will encounter the same spectre of adequateness. They are doing their best."
"THE absolute worst and most unsanitary environment you could ever bring your child to. They are ALLL overweight, judgmental woman who don’t care about anything but getting their 60$ for 2 hours. The house is dirty. The toys are all broken or damaged. The furniture is old and smells terrible and is covered in stains. They don’t advocate for positive environments. They advocate for money. They frequently ignore any and all attempts to get the time you are court ordered to have with your child. They are rude. They try to overstep boundaries and try to communicate with your child who is clearly uncomfortable around them. They will never write down anything positive in their notes. They will always take your money though. NEVER EVER EVER EVER EVER GO HERE!! If you care about your child at all. Save them from this terrible environment."
