"Love this store but the last couple times I went here a lot of the shelves were empty and they didn't have everything I needed like they usually do."
"THIS STORE IS FILTHY! Theres all kinds of dirty, dried fluid spots throughout the store floor. Theres huge dust chunks and trash littered all over the floors as well. The cotton fabric selection has shrunk so much that its not worth going to shop. And the staff knowledge is extremely poor. I asked for grid paper once and the kid took me to poster boards and said he didn't know what grid paper was. He called and asked 3 other ppl and know one knew a thing. Does corporate not care how filthy dirty this place is?!!"
"Just needed to buy 1 thing of string to make bracelets, but the line to checkout was almost the entire length of the store and i wasn't going to wait over an hour to buy a $3 pack of string so i just wasted my time and didn't get what i needed. They need to invest in self checkout registers or a special line for people with 5 items or less."
"Absolutely just love going to this Place which I do far more often than I probably should but how can I resist my main focus when going to Joann's is their huge selection of yarn and knitting and crochet items and books but I do various other Hobbies as well and Joann's has it all there literally is nothing you can't find there if you have a hobby related item that you need or something that's not usually found in other places go to Jo-Ann's I guarantee they're going to have it if they don't they are going to get it for you and if they can't they're going to tell you where you can get it this particular Joann's has great Staffing and employees very helpful very nice always polite they don't follow you around the store as if you're the biggest Thief they've ever laid eyes on like Michael's employees do. I can't stand that!!! So, 5 Stars, i've never had a bad experience here plus their yarn selection is to die for! They always have a sale going on or coupons that you can get for signing up for the mailing list or being a member which of course I am.."
