"Our son started with MetroKids at about 5 months old. We found a gem in this center and it has now set the bar for us. My son did really well in group care. Unfortunately, I left my full time job so we decided to pull him from childcare. As I start my search again, I have major regrets! The center is clean and was recently renovated in 2021. Courtney, the director, is very good at communicating with staff and families. You can tell she loves what she does. The staff are very warm and welcoming. I love that there is so much diversity in the center and that families are friendly. The staff really care for the kiddos and provide updates via an app with feeding, naps, pictures and when supplies are needed. I still keep in touch with some of my sons previous teachers. If you are looking for a childcare center that will help your little one thrive and feels like an extension of your family, then MetroKids is for you. We hope to find our way back, but it seems everyone caught on to how awesome they really are!"
"How did these people get a license to supervise kids?To prevent tarnishing the image or name they created they are willing to overlook or sweep under the rug issues. Not only did both employees Brian and Sarah fail to mandatory report inappropriate touching of children by another child. The staff also became involved and sent an email fluff piece reminding children to keep their hands to themselves. I would rate zero stars but be weary and keep any and all children away from an establishment that covers themselves before considering your children."
"Teachers are not treated equally. Poor leadership. Parents are wonderful. On the surface it all looks good."
"Great place to have your kids spend their day at a daycare. All the teachers are really involved and leave great daily notes on how my child did, what they learned, what they involved themselves in. All the food and snacks the kids eat is real food - fruits, crackers, organic milk, you name it."
"Loving, caring teachers, great quality childcare / preschool"
